"When we first met Ryan and Brandon at one of their models, we noticed an eye for detail and quality workmanship. We felt very comfortable talking to them. Young men who know how to build a beautiful and functional home and most of all, having fun with what they do. They weren't afraid to try new ideas . We developed a working friendship and a family in this process. They listened to our dreams, wants and needs. We blended their ideas with our ideas. Talking with them is so easy. Not like any other working partnership we had ever experienced. We wanted to incorporate some energy efficient items in this house. They learned right along with us. A tank less water heater is one idea we had. They came through. This has been an amazing ride. Every night we would go out to the site and see how things were coming. We were always welcomed. Any questions we had ,were always answered, within a few hours, either in person, on the phone, or email. Now that is service. They have a lot of quality subcontractors that work well , side by side if need be. This is very important especially towards the end of the process of building. Again, the details and craftsmanship of their hard work can be seen in this house. Brandon and Ryan believe in QUALITY and not Quantity. Each new home owner gets treated like this is the only home they are building at that time. Brandon and Ryan and their subs have built us a wonderful country style walk-out ranch in Cottonwood Creek on 2.5 acres of land. With all the arches, tiled ceilings in the showers, the heat pump, and wood burning fireplace, tank less water heater, the two large decks , a stand alone generator that will run our home in case of an outage, a breathe taking view of the country, and so much more, they have truly built "outside the box" for us. We truly thank them for all they have done in building our home. Think they had as much fun as we did . "We have inspected multiple residential properties over the years of doing Infrared inspections for energy audits and the builder "Ideal Designs" is has proven to be the best in the upper end of homes built in the Omaha Nebraska area.

Not only do they build a very sound home with being green in nature with outstanding quality but, one of the most important aspects of this builder is that they stand behind what they do. This builder is really there for the client and making their customers happy. They really build a spectacular home.

Infrared Inspections can show all kinds of issue from the very small such as a nail hole in the roof to the very large area that can cause major issue within the structure, Ideal Designs did not have any major issues and only a very small amount of minor issue that could be taken care of with a minimum amount of time.

What we see in infrared from Ideal Designs is one great home and concerned builder, if we were to rate them with the rest of the major builders in the Omaha Nebraska area they would hit the Number One spot (#1) for all aspects of construction, building materials used, quality and service after the sale.
